About Luva Huva:
Luva Huva was established in 2008. Joanna Ketterer, the designer, wanted to create a lingerie collection that celebrated elegant feminine style.
The company produces beautiful, hand made lingerie using ethically sourced fabrics. Each garment is hand made in the U.K by a small team of seamstresses. We add bows, frills and sometimes buttons to make each item unique and special to you. As the fabrics used are carefully sourced end of lines and remnants, garments made are short runs and sometimes even one offs.
The fabrics used in the range include cotton and silk - all locally sourced when possible. Luva Huva is particularly proud to support one of the last UK based manufacturers of elastic. In addition Luva Huva has developed garments made from eco-friendly materials such as hemp and bamboo. The results are miles away from the dreary, uncomfortable clothing that have unfortunately become associated with natural fabrics. In fact, the textiles are brilliantly soft and breathable, allowing for wonderfully wearable lingerie.
