Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange for the same item in a different size or colour. All goods must be returned in their original condition, inclusive of all tags and packaging. All items will be inspected on return. For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns for ear rings and lingerie, unless they are faulty. Returns are wholly at the customers liability. We recommend that you insure packages for the full value of the item and retain proof of postage until receipt of the item is confirmed by email. If you have not received this email within 10 days of posting please get in touch on 0141 649 5415. We would request that you email us to let us know you have sent a return. If you have a reference to allow us to track the parcel please provide this information. Your statutory rights are not affected if the goods are damaged or faulty. To make a return please complete the form that accompanied your delivery. If you have lost this form the email receipt can be printed out and used as a replacement. The cost of postage from the original order will only be refunded if the goods delivered were incorrect, faulty or damaged. In this event we will gladly refund the postage of returning the item to us, if an exchange is required there will be no postage charge for this delivery.

Exchanges Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or colour (if this option is available for the item). Exchanged items will only be dispatched once the original item has passed our quality control checks. We do our best to make sure our sizing information is as accurate and clear as possible. If you have any queries on sizing please contact us before placing an order at fashion@thinkboutique.co.uk and we’ll try and get back to you right away! Refunds We are happy to give refunds for items returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the items at the price you purchased them All refunds will be credited back to the original payment card after the quality inspection has been passed. Refunds are credited within 14 days of receipt of the item, please allow up to 28 days as they are sometimes slow to show up on bank statements. A refund cannot be given if the item is received out-with the 14 day returns period. Please do not send items out-with this period. We can return the item but our standard postage charges will apply. Cancellations Under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days to cancel a purchase. This period begins the day after receipt of the item. In this instance we will provide a full refund including the delivery charges. The cancelled items must be returned to us and all postage costs must be paid by the customer. If the items cancelled items are not received back we may arrange to collect them at your cost.
